Specifications:

1.    Section 01: glass loading section.

WithLow-E glass detection function.

Omronfiber photoelectric switch be adopted.

Suitablefor all kinds of Low-E glass.

Data can be adjusted accordingto different film depth.     

2.    Section 02: Glasswashing and drying section.

Theoverall material is 304 stainless steel, all bearing bases are 304 stainlesssteel.

Self-aligningbrush bearings, with long service life and high accuracy.

Total 3 pairs of brushes. Thefirst pair of brushes are hard brushes with brush hair diameter 0.2mm,the other 2 pairs of brushes are soft brushes, with diameter 0.1mm.

Thefirst hard brushes will be opened automatically after the Low-E glass bedetected. In this way, will not hurt the Low-E film but also can wash off themildewproof powder for ordinary glass.

3sets of motors drive 3 sets of brushes, connected by coupling. Compare withother supplier’s belts connecting, coupling connection can avoid motor rotationwithout loading, and belts are wearing parts, need to be replaced frequently.

3motors are controlled separately by 3 groups of circuits, will not beinfluenced by each other.

3.   Section 03: Glass conveying section.

Lengthensection 03 to be 3660mm, 2 motors for glass conveying. Can automaticallyidentify glass size.

4.   Section 04: Glass checking & spacer operating section.

LED checking lamp.

Wholesection be connected by Aluminum Profile System, nice appearance.

Spacer frame positioning systemis the with same Beijing Hanjiang company.

5.    Section 05： Outside assembly section.

Servomotor control, automatic adjustment. Stable operation, high accuracy.

Identifyglass thickness automatically.

6.    Section 06: Panel press section.

Servo motor control, automaticpanel pressing.Identify glass thickness automatically, no need to print it byhand.More dense back wheels and convey wheels, result more stableglass convey, especially for small size glass and tempered glass.
